Citibank

Citibank has been an Aprais client since 2006. We help manage the relationships with their aligned global agency across the United States (with four divisions of the Bank) and in a number of APAC countries as well as Japan, India and Russia.

The evaluations are 360 degree and Aprais has a very close involvement in action planning and ongoing relationship management. We present global roll up reporting to both Citi and their agency in New York to enable them to form an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of local relationships with the goal of transferring best practice across markets.

The business is coordinated by a senior Aprais partner to ensure a common understanding of the issues.
