- APRAIS is a unique 360° relationship measurement and management system structured around on-line qualitative and quantitative data collection. We know that our combination of benchmarked metrics and expert interpretation is the most constructive approach towards relationship management.
- Relationship Monitor, the APRAIS questionnaire, lies at the
heart of our system. It is completed by both the marketing company
and the agency teams; both parties assess their own and each other's
performance using pre-agreed and weighted sections and questions.
- Responses are analysed against APRAIS benchmarked data and knowledge. After experienced and sensitive interpretation, the results are shared via the APRAIS Relationship Insights presentation and report.
- The process takes approximately 6 weeks and after this time the teams are clearly able to understand the strengths and issues across the breadth of their relationship and so take steps for improvement.
- APRAIS delivers a single score, the APRAIS Performance Indicator, which can be used as one of the criteria in performance based bonus schemes.
