APRAIS is a full 360° measurement. Agency evaluates its own and the client's performance, and client assesses the agency and itself, each using the same questions.

so the cost of APRAIS should be shared by both agency and client so there is joint ownership. It is neither an agency driven "client satisfaction" survey, nor a client "agency evaluation" process.
